Oral Hygiene

It is important to clean your teeth for two minutes, twice a day especially last thing at night. You can use an electric or manual toothbrush depending on what you prefer. Just ensure you brush all the surfaces of all your teeth and use fluoride toothpaste.

Remember to change your toothbrush or replacement head every 3 months.
